Thanks to their low impedance, the Abyss Diana MR headphones offer outstanding performance on both mobile devices and stationary systems. Despite this versatility of use, it retains amazing resolution with low-voltage sources and delivers a rich sound in the bass range.

The patented MR planar driver delivers a flat frequency and phase response, a full, natural sound in the bass and midrange, excellent vocals and an extended, smooth, clear high frequency range – never harsh or intrusive.

With the Diana MR you will experience incredible detail in recordings – without fatigue or annoying sibilance. This model combines the best features of high performance headphones and offers a sound that is simply breathtaking, effortless and lightweight.

High-quality Build

Like the speaker chassis, the aluminum frame components are CNC-machined and assembled with great care in New York.
The Abyss Diana MR sets the standard as the thinnest and lightest boutique headphones in the world, made from aircraft-grade aluminum for impressive strength. So the message is clear: the build quality, fit and finish of every single pair of Diana MR headphones is impeccable and at the top of the industry!

The high-quality leather headband is finished with soft Alcantara® for extra padding that prevents pressure points. Alternatively, a VEGAN option made from cactus leather is available. The high-tech polymer ceramic surface presents individual inlays made of carbon fiber or precious wood. The patented 63 mm planar speakers deliver the characteristic Abyss sound with powerful bass.

The latest generation of Diana ear pads, manufactured in-house by Abyss, offer a superior fit with their soft foam. This ensures long-term comfort with minimal clamping force. Choose between lambskin leather or the VEGAN option UltraSuede (only available in black).

Note: The vegan version comes with a cactus leather headband and UltraSuede ear pads. These ear pads provide a subtle attenuation of the upper frequencies, which for most listeners suits these headphones and systems well. They are also extremely comfortable. If you want to maximize detail reproduction, we recommend lambskin ear pads. Additionally, you can always order extra magnetic Diana ear pads, including bass-guided versions, to customize the sound to your liking.

Design and Sound in Harmony

The Fibonacci side hole pattern precisely tunes the sound and is based on the natural airflow. The headband is adjusted using magnets that slide on other magnets – so there are no wearing parts. This guarantees long-term, consistent reliability. The revised design of the headband rotates and bends in sync with the ear pads, adapting perfectly to the shape of the head and ensuring a comfortable, individual fit.

You can choose from three different color combinations.

The new, tailor-made hard-shell cases are lined with velvet on the inside, fit perfectly and provide ideal protection for the headphones.
