Based on the well-respected Hifiman – HE1000se, this new edition driver is 5db more efficient, allowing for use with portable devices. Using a thinner overall driver and an all-new Neodymium magnet structure, add the 95db sensitivity, and the result is all the detail and air of the HE1000v2 with a more immediate dynamic sound.

The Perfect Design & Build Quality for Sound Quality

Aesthetically, the HE1000SE looks like a cross between the HE-1000 V2 and the Susvara model. With a black headband and ebony wood trimmings, the HE1000SE is visually striking and conveys a luxury appeal.

Perhaps the most characteristic of HiFiMAN’s house look is the window shade grill design, which, along with the metal housings. The headband combines a special metal alloy and the head-support features soft-grade calf-skin material.

Increased sensitivity using neodymium magnets

By increasing the sensitivity from 91 to 96 dB (decibels), HiFiMan’s HE1000se is easier to drive from any source, with a greater sense of presence and realism, especially when paired with high-performance electronics.
