The Atticus owes its characteristically slightly warmed and organic, but technically very good, sound to the construction made of solid wood and proprietary dynamic drivers developed by ZMF.  They have membranes made of TPE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer), which guarantee great dynamics and speed, as well as clearly striking bass. Generally, The ZMF headphones are hand-made constructions made of specially selected wood species, which are characterized by a medium density. In the case of the Atticus model, the current wood stock is Camphor wood. This translates into natural decay and good transition speed. This wood looks amazing, and it smells beautiful.

The model is a headband developed by the company. As standard, it uses aluminum alloy. For an additional fee, users can also choose the magnesium alloy option, which is even lighter. The guides are available in black as standard.

All ZMF headphones are handcrafted in Chicago by an experienced team, which guarantees high accuracy when assembling and preparing individual elements. The standard model comes with the S3 6500 protective case, which is not only very durable, but also resistant to water, dust, and dirt.

Specially prepared pads

The ZMF – Atticus comes with high-quality ZMF Ori pads with a smaller opening, made of Visco 6 LB foam and genuine lamb leather and has an elastic fastening ring. They guarantee a warm, but clear sound with an accentuated mid-bass and a present, but gentle soprano.
