The first and only – a Campfire Audio – Cascade

The Cascade is the result of three years of engineering work aimed at bringing Campfire’s distinctive sound to a headphone: a portable, closed-back headphone that sounds and functions like it’s open. Even better, it has the distinct sound that a Campfire Audio headphone should have.

PVD Beryllium 42mm Driver

Cascade is known for its musicality and openness. It features a large soundstage that extends beyond the listening area. It has audio characteristics that aren’t present in traditional “closed-back” headphone designs.

The Cascade is responsible for its handcrafted bespoke drivers. The sound that is powerful and dramatic, with great speed and fine detail retrieval. Over crisp and controlled bass notes, superior highs extend.

Built to endure a lifetime

Making a portable audiophile headphone necessitates the use of durable materials.
Certainly, the combination of lightweight forged and machined aluminum cups with stainless steel components adds strength.

Ear pads made of premium sheepskin are not only pleasant, but they also offer great isolation. Listen to your favorite song on the bus without bothering other passengers and get out of the workplace doldrums without making a fuss.

You’ll find your hi-fi partner in crime

Cascade is a robust headphone for use at home and on the road, designed with portability in mind. You’ll discover that the more you listen, the more you’ll want to keep it with you, wherever that may be.

Cascade offers outstanding high-frequency extension, with cymbals that glitter and extend over a broad soundstage, and clean, uncolored mids.

The Cascade has all of the characteristics that you won’t find in a conventional closed-back design:
The bass response is unique; it has a lot of texture.

Carefully chosen premium materials for Campfire Audio – Cascade

To ensure that Campfire’s first headphone was as excellent as their earphones, it was critical to pay careful attention to each component.

Uses stainless steel for the headband, joints, and pivot, making the typically weakest components of a headset the strongest. Aluminum is used for the cups and hanger arms, which are cast and subsequently machined to decrease weight. The headphone pads are made of plush sheepskin and are magnetically connected and changeable.

The self-detachable cable on Campfire Audio – Cascade

Another essential aspect of getting the most out of a headphone is the cable, which is why the Cascade comes with an ALO Audio Litz cable. Making of the same materials and conductor design as the Litz cable that came with the Campfire earphones.

in addition, a unique cloth jacket added to the cable which reduces microphonics and increases the cable’s longevity for headphone usage.

Designed with travel in mind

Cascade is the headphone that Campfire wished for when traveling, which is why it folds up into a small package and has a closed-back construction. Moreover, It sounds great on your phone or portable DAP, and it scaled well in your home setup.
